Cut from the top of the sirloin, this Brazilian-style favorite delivers a bold, beef-forward taste that stands out whether grilled, roasted, or sliced into steaks. Our cattle are raised finished on our ranch, giving this cut a clean, natural flavor you won’t find in conventional beef.
Each Gypsum Hills Natural Picanha Loin averages 1.25–1.5 lbs, making it the perfect size for family dinners, backyard grilling, or special occasions. Cook it whole and slice against the grain, or cut into thick steaks for the grill.
