Shipping

When placing your order, please ensure that the ship to address is correct.  Gypsum Hills Natural is not responsible for incorrect shipping addresses.

Because food-safety is our top priority and we want to ensure your order arrives still frozen to maintain optimal freshness, we only ship on Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays.  Typically, orders will be shipped the next week-day following receipt of the order.  Orders received after 10:00 AM CST on Wednesday will not be shipped until the following Monday.

Gypsum Hills Natural uses UPS and USPS for our online orders; we offer the following shipping options:

    •    Minimum order of $50 before tax to qualify for shipping
    •    Free delivery for orders above $200
    •    Flat rate delivery charge of $15 for orders under $200

Please note, we currently only accept orders placed in Kansas, Oklahoma and Missouri. We are unable to ship to Alaska, Hawaii or international locations.

Refunds

At Gypsum Hills Natural, we fully stand behind the superior quality and taste of our premium grass-fed beef.  However, because of the perishable nature of the product, we cannot accept returns once the boxes leave our processing facility.

Please inspect your order upon reception and reach out to us immediately through our Contact Us page if there is damage to the air-tight packaging, late delivery due to carrier error, or if you receive the wrong item so that we may evaluate the issue and make it right.
